The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding a product due to:

Complaints can be submitted by email to info@xspira.rs  or in writing to the Seller’s address. It is necessary to provide the order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).

The Seller must respond within 8 days. If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer has the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
