These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing books and artworks through the website www.xspira.rs .

1. Ordering

The Buyer places orders through the online form on the website. After confirming the order, the Buyer receives an email with order details.

2. Prices

All prices are expressed in local currency RSD and include VAT. Delivery costs are not include for deliveries outside Serbia.

3. Payment Methods

The Buyer can pay by:

Cash on delivery

Bank transfer

Online payment via credit or debit card

4. Delivery

Delivery is made within the Republic of Serbia and the EU via courier service. Delivery time is 3-7 business days from payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawa

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To withdraw, it is necessary to send a completed withdrawal form to info@xspira.rs .

6. Complaints

The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint in case of non-conformity of the product within 30 days from receipt. Complaints can be submitted by email to info@xspira.rs or by mail to the Seller’s address. The Seller is obliged to respond within 8 days.

7. Data Protection

The Seller collects and processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

The Buyer has the following rights under GDPR:

The right to access personal data

The right to rectify inaccurate data

The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

The right to restrict processing

The right to data portability

The right to object to processing

To exercise these rights, the Buyer may contact the Seller via info@xspira.rs . If the Buyer believes the processing is unlawful, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade, unless local regulations provide otherwise.
